Cancelation Policy
Cancellation
If needing to cancel an appointment, there must be a 24-hour notice given to AIM staff in advance. If appointment is cancelled less than 24-hours before scheduled time, the client will be charged with a cancellation fee of $25.
Rescheduling
AIM staff knows that life happens and things come up unexpectedly. If needing to reschedule an appointment, please reach out to your dietitian 24-hours in advance to schedule a new session. Failure to communicate with staff about needing to reschedule your appointment, could result in a “no call no show” and thus rendering a $35 fee.
Lateness
If running late to join your dietitian in your scheduled appointment, please text or email as soon as possible. If running more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, as there may not be enough time to discuss all information in a shortened session. If AIM staff does not receive any notification about tardiness, then the appointment will be deemed a “no call no show” and a fee of $35 will be charged to the client for failure to communicate with staff.
No Call, No Show
If you schedule an appointment with AIM staff, and are unable to make it, please contact us as soon as possible. If we do not receive any communications from you about not being able to join your dietitian in the session, the appointment will be considered a “no call no show” and a fee of $35 will be charged. Each client is allotted 3 “no call no shows” in their time working with AIM staff. After 3 “no call no shows” the client will not be able to book with AIM services for a 6-month period. After that 6-month period passes, the client will be able to rebook for services. If a 4th “no call no show” occurs after the client returns from the 6-month period, the client will no longer be allowed to book with AIM High Performance.
